These terms apply to the 39 Degrees sitewide sale event and should be read alongside our standard Terms & Conditions.

 

 

The Sale

 

The sale begins at 9:00am AEST (VIP access) and 10:00am AEST (general access) on Thursday 11th June 2026.

The discount is automatically applied at checkout - no code is required.

 

 

Activate discount

 

Buy 2, Get 1 Free Promotion: To activate this automatic discount, you must add three (3) eligible items to your shopping cart. 39 Degrees is not responsible, nor will we apply discounts retroactively, if fewer than three eligible items are placed in the cart at the time of checkout.

 

 

VIP Access

 

Customers who registered for VIP access will receive an email containing an access code before 9:00am AEST on Thursday 11th June 2026. This code grants entry to the site one hour before general access opens. VIP access codes are non-transferable and valid for one-time use only.

 

 

Products Included

 

The Buy 2 get 1 free discount applies to Bath Tonic stand alone products, including 300 mL, 500 mL, 1 lt and Bathing Addicts Bundles. The offer excludes all other products, including subscription products.

 

 

Discount & Codes

 

The sale discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount code. All other discount codes will be switched off for the duration of the sale period. Any refunds on sale items will be calculated at the discounted purchase price, not the original retail price.

 

 

Stock Availability

 

Due to high demand, some items may sell out quickly. Items are not reserved until your order is completed at checkout - we recommend checking out promptly to secure your items.

In some cases, items may be oversold when multiple customers check out simultaneously for the same product. If an item you purchased is oversold, we will issue a full refund for that item to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to notify you of any oversold items. For orders with multiple items, all remaining items will still be shipped to you.

 

 

Dispatch & Shipping

 

Due to high order volumes during the sale, please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please note that shipping carriers may also experience delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during this busy period.

 

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Due to the volume of orders processed during the sale, we are unable to modify or cancel any orders once they are placed. Please double-check all details - including your shipping address - before completing your purchase.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

All items purchased during the sale period are final sale. We are not able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind on sale items. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in the event of a faulty or incorrect item.

 

 

Pricing

 

The price shown at checkout is the final price for your purchase. We are unable to offer price adjustments if prices change after your order is placed.
