Dispatch and Parcel Tracking

Parcels are packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (Victorian public holidays observed). 

 

Order by 10am AEST for same day shipping. If ordered on a weekend/public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next business day.

 

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after you place an order. If you don't receive an order confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder in case it goes there in error. If it's not there, let us know right away (email team@39degrees.com.au) so that we can confirm your details.
