Returns Policy


For items damaged in transit

 

All orders are carefully packed to withstand the shipping process, however as we use thirds party couriers, there may be unlikely event that results in your product being damaged in transit. If damage during transit occurs, please contact us and we will arrange to replace it with a gift of equal or greater value. All we need is a photograph within 48 hours of delivery via email to team@39degrees.com.au of any damaged goods.

Please note that 39 Degrees will not accept returns / refund due to a change of mind, but if you need to return or exchange an item, please email team@39degrees.com.au.
