30% Off Everything Sale, October 2026

These terms apply to the 39 Degrees sitewide sale event and should be read alongside our standard Terms & Conditions.

The Sale

The sale begins at 6:00am AEDT (VIP access) and 10:00am AEDT (general access) on Tuesday 27 October 2026 and ends at 10:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 28 October 2026.

The discount is automatically applied at checkout. No code is required.

VIP Access

Customers who registered for VIP access will receive an email containing the site password at 6:00am AEDT on Tuesday 27 October 2026. The password opens the site four hours before general access. It is for VIP registrants only and stops working at 10:00am AEDT, when the site opens to everyone.

Products Included

30% off applies to all products except The Membership and membership products, gift cards, the Switch Off Stress packs, and any product already marked down by more than 30%, which keeps its existing price. Special edition Bath Tonics are available while stocks last. Gifts with purchase are as shown on the gifts page and are subject to availability. Presale items ship in the first two weeks of November 2026.

Discount & Codes

The 30% discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount code. All other discount codes will be switched off for the duration of the sale period. Any refunds on sale items will be calculated at the discounted purchase price, not the original retail price.

Stock Availability

Due to high demand, some items may sell out quickly. Items are not reserved until your order is completed at checkout. We recommend checking out promptly to secure your items.

In some cases, items may be oversold when multiple customers check out simultaneously for the same product. If an item you purchased is oversold, we will issue a full refund for that item to your original payment method. Please allow up to 18 business days for us to notify you of any oversold items. For orders with multiple items, all remaining items will still be shipped to you.

Dispatch & Shipping

Due to high order volumes during the sale, please allow up to 18 business days for dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please note that shipping carriers may also experience delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during this busy period.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the volume of orders processed during the sale, we are unable to modify or cancel any orders once they are placed. Please double-check all details, including your shipping address, before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased during the sale period are final sale. We are not able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind on sale items. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in the event of a faulty or incorrect item.

Pricing

The price shown at checkout is the final price for your purchase. We are unable to offer price adjustments if prices change after your order is placed.
