March 2026 Competition – Terms and Conditions

“$1000 Shopping Spree” Giveaway

 

 

 

1. Promoter

The promoter is 39 Degrees (ABN 71566590446) of Victoria, Australia.

 

 

 

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

Employees of 39 Degrees, associated agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

 

 

 

3. Competition Period

The competition opens at 9:00am AEDT on Saturday March 7 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 12 March 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

 

 

 

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by:

  • Submitting their first name, email address and phone number via the competition entry form to receive one (1) entry.

  • Each completed purchase made at www.39degrees.com.au during the competition period will receive ten (10) additional entries.

Only one (1) sign-up entry is permitted per person. Purchase entries are unlimited. Each completed order qualifies for ten (10) entries.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Entries must be complete, valid and verifiable. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, indecipherable or submitted using false information.

 

 

 

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $1000 Shopping Spree to be redeemed at www.39degrees.com.au.

The prize will be issued as a unique single-use discount code valued at $1000 AUD.

The code:

  • Expires at 11:59pm AEDT on 19 March 2026

  • Must be redeemed in a single transaction

  • Cannot be used for subscriptions

  • Cannot be used to purchase gift cards

  • Applies to in-stock products only

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount code

 

If the total order value is less than $1000, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

If the total order value exceeds $1000, the winner must pay the difference.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value.

 

 

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be drawn at random at 10:00am AEDT on 13 March 2026 at the Promoter’s premises in Victoria, Australia.

The winner will be contacted by phone first, followed by email confirmation.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

 

 

 

7. Prize Redemption and Shipping

The winner must finalise their selected items by 11:59pm AEDT on 19 March 2026.

Items will be packed and dispatched on 20 March 2026.

 

 

 

8. Publication of Winner

By entering, participants agree to the Promoter publishing the winner’s first name and first initial of surname (for example, Jane D) via:

  • Email

  • Social media

  • Website

 

 

 

9. Cancellation or Modification

If for any reason the competition is unable to run as planned, including due to technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition.

Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.39degrees.com.au.
