DISPATCH AND TRACKING

 

 

Orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria (observing Victorian public holidays).

• After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

 

• When your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder as these emails can sometimes end up there.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS - Australia Post

 

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 for orders under $129, free for orders over $129.  Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days (may vary during peak periods).

 

• Express Shipping: $17.95. Uses Australia Post’s next-day delivery network (available in eligible areas). Check Australia Post for any potential delays.

 

NEW ZEALAND

Currently, we do not offer shipping to New Zealand.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside Australia.
