How paying works
- You pay for the welcome box when you join. Nothing else.
- Each refill is charged to your card on the day it's due, shipped with free delivery. You pay when it ships, never before.
- We email you 3 days before every refill, so there are no surprises. That's the moment to move it, change your blend or add something to it.
- Delivery is always free.
Your blend
- The welcome box comes with Sleep Well, our best seller.
- Change your blend any time from your member page, as often as you like. Rotating Blends sends you a different one each refill.

Products listed on your membership page can be added and shipped with your refill at your member price, 20% off. Add it once, or to every order, from your member page.
Your rhythm
- A refill every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Change it any time from your member page.
- Run out early? Send your next refill now. Got more than you need? Move the date.
Pausing and ending
- Pause any time, for up to six months. Pick it back up when you're ready. After six months the membership ends, and joining again starts from the welcome box.
- End your membership any time, from your member page. No lock-in, no exit fees.
Your member page
There's no password. Go to 39degrees.com.au/a/subscriptions/login, enter the email you joined with, and we send you a link. It takes about 45 seconds to arrive, so give it a minute, and check junk if it hasn't shown up. Tap the link and you're in. Links only last a little while, so if yours has expired, just ask for a new one from the same page.
Your blend, your rhythm, your address, your card, pause and end all live there.
