Does joining the list commit me to anything?

No. It is one email with a link, and you decide on the day. 

How do I get a founding place?

Join the waitlist. On Thursday 24 September at 9am we email you the link. Order from that email and one of the 100 places is yours. Being on the list gets you in two days before anyone else. It does not hold a place, so be there at 9.

Can I change my blend?

Yes, you can change it from your member page. Sleep Well will arrive with your first shipment, and then any blend, changed anytime.  

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes, you can from your member page, anytime.
