Furoshiki Gift Wrap
A furoshiki is a square piece of cotton fabric used to wrap your gift. It is durable, washable and reusable and features natural tones with a monochrome pattern (patterns vary).
Furoshiki originated in Japan when cloths were commonly used in sentōs (bath-houses). The name itself translates to "bath spread". The pieces of cloth were used to wrap clothes and to stand on while drying off after bathing. Today, furoshiki remains a popular custom as an eco-friendly option to wrap food, books and gifts.
