When does the event start?
VIP Access is at 9:00 AM AEST on Thursday 11th June. Here’s what that looks like in your local time:
VIC, NSW, TAS: 9:00am
QLD: 9:00am
SA: 8:30am
NT: 8:30am
WA: 7:00am
General Access will open at 10:00am AEST.
How do I access the VIP event?
We will email you an access code at 9:00am AEST on Thursday 11th June so you can shop early.
General access opens at 10:00am and no code will be required.
Do I need a discount code?
No, there's no need for a discount code. Simply head to our website during the sale, add your favourites to your cart and proceed to checkout - the discount will be automatically applied.
Can I use an additional discount code?
No, the sale discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotions or discounts. All other codes will be switched off for the sale period.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We're doing everything we can to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Standard orders may take up to 10 business days to dispatch during this busy sale period.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
What happens if an item sells out before I check out?
Items aren't reserved until you complete checkout. We recommend checking out quickly to secure your items.
What products are included?
The Buy 2 get 1 FREE discount applies to all Bath Tonic products. This includes 100 mL, 300 mL, 500 mL, 1 lt and already discounted Bathing Addicts Bundles.
The sale excludes subscription products.
Can I change my address?
Please take care to enter all details correctly at checkout - we're unable to change addresses or order details once an order has been dispactched.
I placed my order a few days ago. Can I cancel it or make changes so I can shop during the sale instead?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes to recent orders. However, this sale is a great chance to stock up on your favourites at an amazing price!
I missed the sale! Can I still have the discount?
The discount is only available during the designated sale period.
Can I apply a gift card during the sale?
Yes, you can use gift cards during the sale.
Can I return or exchange items purchased during the sale?
All sales and discounted items during our sale period are final. We won’t be accepting returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind on these products.
Sale Terms & Conditions
Stock Availability: Due to high demand, some items may sell out or be oversold. If an item you purchased is oversold, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. For orders with multiple items, remaining items will still be shipped.
Dispatch & Shipping: Please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch during the sale. Shipping carriers may also experience delays beyond our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations: We are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
